I have been using this surgery for about 50+ years (my husband's been registered here all his 74 years) and have seen various doctors & nurses come and go during this time as well as a change of location. It has improved vastly over the years (as is to be expected during that length of time) & continues to do so. I have never had any cause for complaint & have always been treated with respect & courtesy. All the staff are very friendly and very efficient. It did used to be difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment but this too has been greatly improved over time & with more modern communication methods, & you can usually get a same day appointment if you stick to the rules & phone at the given times. There are surgeries closer to where I live but I have never considered moving to them as I am more than happy with my treatment at Sandy Lane.
