Burns practice doctors are excellent in my view. Some reception staff are very rude, impolite and one in particular is very bitchy. When ordering repeat prescription medications there are errors or completely missing medications on prescriptions that they send to the pharmacy 8/10 times. This happens far too often. Often the missing medications are life supporting ones that cannot be missed. Excellent doctors, very poor support staff. | ||||||

I recently visited this practice a few times in regards to myself and my daughter. I have been really impressed by the ease of getting through on the telephone, the availability of appointments on the same day, and the ease of self service check in. One appointment was made online and I was surprised to gain an appointment early the following day! The doctors I saw were new to me, but very efficient and friendly. They didn't rush my time and were very thorough in their diagnosis. Thankyou for being so helpful. | ||||||
