you can not get to see a doctor or nurse they tell you to ring at 8 i.ve been ringing since 8 and this is another day carnt to talk to any one they say to me there s a ring back line but not at 8 in a mornin i got throw to the yesterday after 58 trys to tell me to ring inmornin this is a joke no wonder people are slaggin them off am looking for a differnt doctors What a joke i get message.s and still carnt get throw am goin higher with this its not right surely | ||||||

Hospital requested GP manage blood tests on discharge letter following serious heart problems. I had to chase the blood test up, as the Practice denied having received hospital letter, which was dispatched on the day I was released from hospital. Asked for a copy of the results a week later, but the receptionist said the results were not available… The hospital told me the results had been posted 24 hours after the bloods had been taken….Absolute shambles……..a | ||||||
