Constant denial of service. Reception do their best to fob you off to the pharmacist, 111, or private clinic as best they can. The best example was being fobbed off and having to pay a private clinic to have a routine non flu or COVID booster jab. Do these guys actually do anything other than say “no” over the phone. While I’m at it, it’s probably worth mentioning I have a 10 year gap in my medical history because of “lost paperwork”. | ||||||

The reception staff are awkward and the Dr off hand. The Dr missed vital symptoms on first visit then failed to turn up for home visit. Went straight to A&E and was admitted immediately. | ||||||
