    I am a new member but have been to the practice for a couple of times, and I am extremely satisfied with all the help and care I got from the doctor and the nurse. It was very easy to get an appointment when I needed it, and the doctor was very professional. The nurse was very kind and nice when I went for a blood test, and made sure I was feeling alright at every moment. I don't have any complaint at all, although another doctor, whom I only saw calling in patients while in the waiting room, was extremely rude and unkind, especially to a poor lady and her baby, because it took her 10 seconds to pick up the baby, her bags and coats and enter the doctor's office, which somehow seemed unacceptable for the doctor and told her off in front of many others. I really hope I don't have to see her for any of my appointments in the future!
