Extremely poor management of my skin condition over several years and after several complaints ending in a final complaint to the Health Service Ombudsman(took nearly 2 years to complete), I still haven't received an answer to the issues I raised about my treatment (2022). Last Christmas the pharmacy staff opened a sealed foil packet containing my drugs when the packet should be dispensed unopened and then lied about the reason why they had opened the packet. Rude reception staff and unprofessional doctors who don't even bother to introduce themselves when they telephone you. One senior practitioner used the 'f' word in front of me, another GP ridiculed me for no good reason and others gave me the wrong information about drugs and treatment or were rude and unprofessional. Choose another surgery if you can. |

All the time I have terrible experience when I need to use these services . 1. Reception- very rude , pushing, aggressive- I need to explain and beg to get an appointment. 2. Doctors - never the same , they just want to see you out , as quick as possible . 3. Nurses - the same situation |
