Rude and uncaring reception staff. I asked for a telephonic appointment for my toddler, and the receptionist refused. She said that the GP will ask for me to come in, so had to call in the next day. I called the next day, but was told that only one appointment is left, which I couldn't make. She was completely rude and didn't care for that, so I agreed to a telephonic appointment. Completely idiotic service. |

Always caring and professional, always willing to arrange home visits for patients not able to leave their home to come to the surgery. I am satisfied to leave the care of my health in their hands. |

Yes in general the surgery offers good service but I have a real gripe at the moment trying to see a doctor who cannot cannot diagnose my problems over the phone it's crazy my wife is suffering from sleepless nights followed by high heart rate swelling of ankles and legs I mean really can you see all this over the phone get real please for the community sake ????? |
