Useless surgery!! My 6 year old daughter has had problems with her ears, doctors keep fobbing us off! Daughter now has an infection, but the doctor on the phone didn’t care. Even though there are notes on their system regarding her ear problem, still trying to fob us off! Useless! |

It takes so long to get through on the phone and the last time I tried it kept telling me there was only one person in front of me but after waiting for 15 minutes I gave up and rang back, this time there were 23 people in front of me! Every time I try to call the surgery it’s always the same and then when I do eventually get through, it’s either “all appointments have gone” or I have to see a nurse when I want to see a doctor. Treatment wise, I am worse off than I have ever been. They always make me feel rushed too. I wish I could change to another surgery. |

It took my husband 52 minutes of constant redialing to get a ring tone and 27 minutes to get to speak to someone. My husband didn't need this stress as well as worrying about me. A doctor rang back within 5 minutes to speak to me. He understood my problem and sent a prescription straight to Boots pharmacy. So really an excellent service from the GP and the receptionist who took the call but a terrible service for the difficulty getting through. |
