Visited GP Surgery on the 29th August asked for a appointment with any doctor, any time, and was given 19th September. This for a non urgent appointment,but I would have liked to check with GP ,checked on line and was told to check with my GP. Let's hope it stays non urgent. Reply from The Surgery Haddenham Wed, 30 Aug 2017 11:29:52 +0100 We are sorry that we are currently booking three weeks in advance for non-urgent problems - a problem that is made more frustrating for us as we had 16 appointments booked by patients, but not kept on 29th August alone! If you are concerned or anxious that your problem can not wait until the 19th September, or your situation changes before then, please telephone reception to make a triage appointment with one of our doctors. The doctor can discuss your concerns over the telephone and make a follow up appointment if required. | ||||||

This surgery offers a poor service appointments are always at least 2 weeks away which is hopeless. Most recently my appointment was cancelled due to the doctors being ill which is fair enough but I was then told I had to wait another two weeks. I did request call from a doctor which to be fair did happen but the voicemail that was left was again hopeless and wasn't clear at all so I couldn't get the number that was left to call back. The doctor who left the message didn't bother to call me back either. Never experianced the same issues at my last surgery. | ||||||

What a shame the Receptionists at this Surgery are so rude and uncaring. On at least 3 occasions despite waiting at the window to speak to them, they have totally ignored me. Very rude. When they do manage to speak they are unfriendly and abrupt. Do they not care or realise that going to see the doctor is a very stressful experience for most people. The Doctors are amazing and over the past 6 years I have had contact with at least 3 of them, I have nothing but respect for them and their commitment to caring for their patients. Reception lets you down........... | ||||||
