The receptions staff are rude , condescending and like prison wardens . Can you get through - no . Do you wait ages for a docter to call -yes Can you get a face to face appt - no . I honestly think I would have to be literally at deaths door to get a face to face appt | ||||||

My family and I have been registered at this surgery since about 1994.I can find no fault at all in any area. I especially applaud the hardworking reception staff. They are saintly and are the coal face of this practice. On occasion, I have witnessed them being vilified by patients, yet they remain polite. Thank you. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for the past 3 years and am very sad to be leaving as I am moving. The reception staff have always been lovely and helpful, my main doctor has been absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly warm, understanding and knowledgeable about treatments, and has helped me immensely during some very difficult times both physically and mentally. I have also been helped by the Nurse during a number of small procedures, who was wonderful and so lovely. | ||||||
