Phoned surgery tonight and the receptionist shouted at me. I was so shocked I shouted back and hung up. Ate humble pie and went to surgery as I had not got a repeat prescription at the chemist and had run out of daily antibiotic. Receptionist said we don't hand out antibiotics without Dr. I replied I am on them for rest of my life, they should be on repeat. To cut story short she said I can't get them until tomorrow. My other repeats will be a few days. Chemist had told me to get Dr to e mail through a prescription but receptionist said no with a smile or smirk! | ||||||

Here we go again. Maybe it's just me. Went to see a doctor about constant pain in my abdomen area. Referred for a CT scan, endeded up having to go to the James Paget in Great Yarmouth, had the scan on the 12th August 2022. Still no results from the scan. My brain going crazy with anxiety as to what's going on within my body. Still in pain and discomfort. Every night having to get up for the loo. Not had a good night's sleep in months. Rang the surgery results line last Thursday to find out what's going on. No result. Was told they would get back in touch with me. Hadn't done so. So today Tuesday 4th Oct. rang again, no results, told again they would be back in touch. What a joke. Maybe should go down the medical negligence route, to be took seriously and get answers. | ||||||

I would like to say a big thank you to the practice Nurse's at cromer surgery for treating a serious wound On my lower leg over a period five weeks, which is now healed. Thank you again Yours sincerely Ann Hardy | ||||||
