Can't get through to them on the phone, my mum has been trying for weeks as she needed a blood test, Now my wife has been trying to get through because our 8 year old is ill but can't get through my wife ended up in tears because we have a poorly child and no one will answer, this doctors surgery might as well not be there as nobody can get through to them |

I’ve have a long term back issue and havnt once managed to see a Dr, I appreciate we have been in COVID but to still not be able to gain some reassurance and have any physical examination has been very disappointing,I’ve had all my hospital appointments made direct missing the middle person out (me) I have wondered on many occasions if the surgery is still open ! It’s a nightmare trying to get though on the phone with incredibly long holding times and receptionist who should not be giving test results out over the phone when it should be a Dr,s job, all in all a very disappointing 18 months with this surgery which I’ve always rated fairly good, Mark in the pharmacy has gone beyond his job roll on several occasions and been incredibly helpful Thankyou |

Posted my repeat prescription though the door last week Tuesday, go to the chemist on Saturday not been sent up. Called all day Monday one final attempt 5.15pm was on hold 27 minutes the lady I spoke to said she would look into this, came back to the phone said my name and then hung up and then put in a queue again gave up. Still no news thought the lady I spoke to would of at least made an attempt to call or email as they have these on file. A patient that has now NOT got any medication until this is sorted not life threatening but it could be for one of you. |
