I have found Mundesley medical centre to be the best in the area. Always helpful and go above and beyond. The triage of appointments is very helpful. The NHS is under a lot of pressure but the practice gives an excellent service. Those who complain are obviously not appreciating that you can no longer just demand to be seen. Asthma telephone reviews help to keep face to face appointments free. If you had issues with your asthma then an appointment would be available. Stop whining and appreciate that valuable service you do receive |

Having lived here and used what was once a well run, efficient, flowing practice for the last six years the complete opposite now applies. For whatever reason the practice has gone down hill drastically, I cannot tell you who is my doctor anymore because I don’t know. There are new faces there every time I visit and yet again, only yesterday, I was put out yet again with a complete cock up of a telephone appointment that in the end never happened. I was then fed with a load of untruths by a receptionist all of which I can back up as not being true. It’s very sad and worrying that what was once a really lovely rural practice has now descended to the depths we experience today. To the executives or managers there, please, please do not use COVID as an excuse. It’s wearing a little thin ok. It’s never going to go away, get used to it and deal with it in whatever mutation or form it takes. Sadly I could go on but I feel the powers that be decide which review will be shown, only those in a good light by the looks of it, in which case I am wasting my time. Pity !! |
