my experience with this surgery has been neglectful with a sprinkle of gaslighting. refusal to read letters from consultants invovled in my care and absolutely refusing to refer me for after care preferring to say everything is in my imagination because they have filed all the information that they have received in 5plicate (twice sent from hospital dealing with my complicated injuries, 2 of those times it was physically handed over the counter to a receptionist by my son and myself and the 3rd time handed to the practice manager with a letter of complaint which i was assured would be looked into however i never did get a response) somewhere other than in my records i would suggest the cqc rating is very incorrect. |

Having completed the online form to request a consultation when i tried to submit it it was refused. The reason for this was that it would not accept my phone number as a valid number. I tried with both my mobile number and the land line number Neither were accepted as valid numbers. Faced with this I phoned the surgery and was told I was No 5 in the queue. Having reached the top of the queue the phone just rang and rang but was not answered. |

I am not sure how the CQC have rated Beccles surgery as 'good'. The treatment (or rather the lack of it) that they have given my elderly mother is dreadful. I am very pleased that I do not live in Beccles. |
