Cant get an appointment. Reception staff unhelpful and rude. New computer system is chaotic, lack of communication. I ended up in hospital with heart failure after they failed to monitor my medication which coursed damaged to my kidneys. When I suddenly went ill I was told I was a old lady and needed to expect to feel under the weather. |

We are exceptionally fortunate in Loddon surgery as we have doctors who genuinely listen to you and involve you in the treatment. I have had nothing but understand and empathy with the visits I have made. It is also a very forward looking Practice with several clinics having been set up to save us having to go to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital. The nurses and office staff are friendly and efficient. The Practice is in the 2% of surgeries throughout the country to achieve outstanding in all five categories looked at by the CQC - that says it all. |

Was rudely treated by the receptionist, and by Dr J. M. The practice has now been rated by the CQC as needing improvement, and I feel that is generous. The management of this practice has become terrible since 2020. The fail to meet the deadlines set by NHS England regarding replying to complaints, in fact I have seen a letter addressed to a relative where they refused to acknowledge any of the items complained about and said they will leave it up to NHS England to sort the complaint out. |
