Had cause to visit today. Waited a while on the phone to get through to make the appointment but quite understandable and really cannot expect to get through in a couple of seconds. Very grateful for the slick, professional and cheerful advice. The practise does a great job and should be appreciated by all. | ||||||

Everyone is always helpful and friendly, always willing to help, nothing is to much trouble,
Made a call this morning , at 10.15 very helpful reception staff and pharmacy staff, sorted in two mins. And it was my fault, thank you so much, | ||||||

I used to think this was an average GP surgery until I became a student and experienced other GP centres nearer my university - this made me realise that Verney Close Surgery has always been a friendly, caring and helpful centre. It's a shame that it combined with Swan Practice and now I can never get an appointment here (I always get sent to Steeple Claydon which is much farther for me as I don't drive). It is true that we offer appointments across all 3 of our surgeries but we do try to keep patients to their local surgery.
