My daughter contacted surgery because her 1yr old had temp of 39-3,very unwell in himself,waited till early evening so then called ambulance which eventually turned up at 07-01 this morning,didn't take him to hospital but said he needed to be seen by doctor,contacted surgery yet again,nurse phoned and apparently it's viral!!How do they know it's viral without seeing him? Very bad service as far as I am concerned!! | ||||||

I can't thank the receptionists, nurse and Dr Ross at Brune medical on the 7th Dec when I was having a heart attack. They were so professional and kind. Thank you all so much and I would recommend your practice to everyone. | ||||||
