Awful.High St Medical booked me in for a cervical smear test over the phone when I arrived for the test 3 weeks later I was told they couldn't take me as the practice no longer does tests for non regular patients. (I had two of these tests at High St Medical previously no problem.) The receptionist said they had been trying to contact me THAT morning by phone! They had three weeks to inform me they wouldn't be able to take me there! they wasted precious time I could have been seen elsewhere. Disgraceful.Female health matters.. | ||||||

Can’t get an appointment, girl who arranges pcr test is “off” for the afternoon. Last doctors visit bloods got lost, fortnight later got text saying “bloods fine” - no follow up. | ||||||
