Been trying for weeks to get an appointment, but have been unable to get through, is it any wonder A&E is jammed. The phone system is not fit for purpose, I can phone my parents GP, it takes a few attempts, but always get through and get a call back. My partner can also get through to his GP, so this is a problem with this practice. | ||||||

I rang 200 times this morning trying to get through, then got cut off. Absolutely ridiculous. | ||||||

I suspect all these bad reviews are written by the same person and yes the telephone system they have is not fit for service, but I can only say good things about all the staff when you do get through to them. Any time I have requested a call back from a doctor 4 out of 5 times they have rung back later the same day, and the receptionists have always been helpful especially the younger girl. And can I say Dr.Winters is a credit to his profession, very thorough and genuinely seems to care about your problems. | ||||||
