I brought a very sensitive issue to the practice and I was initially told my appointment with a female nurse had been swapped to see a male GP (which I had to decline) then when told I could see a female GP I wrote it out for her as it was too difficult to speak about and she simply said she couldn’t read it in the time available, didn’t address any of the real issues, expressed zero sympathy and I left the appointment feeling (as I often do when I have an encounter with them) like I don’t deserve health care, let alone sympathy. I’m planning on leaving but terrified that they will scupper my care at any new practice. It feels like being trapped in an abuse relationship. I don’t trust them at all clinically and I think they’re psychologically unsafe for vulnerable patients. | ||||||

Transphobic horrible place refused to do a simple blood test to check my T and E for over 9 months all of the GPs banded together, moved to another Scottish practice and the first GP I saw allowed this test which just demonstrates just how awful they are | ||||||
