Removed from the patient list under the 'zero-tolerance' policy for voicing my frustration at their lack of care and support. No evidence in support of their use of this policy was ever presented. I was subsequently diagnosed with Cancer under the care of another GP practice, and am now facing Chemo and Radio that may have been avoidable had this Cancer been caught earlier. | ||||||

I have never had a bad word to say of this practice since I transferred to it. I caused my own medical issues by smoking and although my issues cannot ever be resolved. This practice has done more to assist me than my NHS Consultant ever has in 10 yrs. I only go causing chaos when I absolutely need to most things can easily be solved over the phone at ground level. I am happy they put up with me and hope they continue their great level of support to me forever I need it. | ||||||
