    Having waited 47 minutes on the phone to get an appointment, when I turned up, on time, I was told NO appointment had been made!! Also had meds review booked with pharmacy at midday, they rang at 10:50, so missed call and no return call!! Just waited on phone twice for 30+ minutes and on both occasions cut off!!! Appalling service and will result in patients dying!!!!
