    It is nice to have a regular carer who is reliable and efficient. Very good at time keeping and very pleasant.

    The care workers are always punctual and undertake their duties in a pleasant, caring, friendly manner. A list of dates, times and names of carers is always provided for the forthcoming week and any changes are promptly notified. The service is very good at changing dates and times of visits if requested. They are very accommodating.
