Carlton Home Care

As a client of carlton home care I found some of the carer's to be very good and caring but several of the carer's would turn up very late and on many occasions miss calls altogether, Leaving me without a meal and medication. When I reported this to the management they said that they couldn't do anything about it as the carer's had forgotten about me and gone home or the call before mine had taken longer so I was missed to make the time back up On many occasions confidentiality was breached. My health issues were not always recorded.in the daily report boak or to the office and my G P was not contacted promptly when I was ill . Some carer's used to burden me with there own issues with management which got me down and had a impact on my health If there was a problem management didn't wish to know and did nothing to solve the problem. In a word my time with carlton was a nightmare and I had to involve social services to find me a new career provider
