Review Rest Assured took over my dad's care in the later stages of his dementia. He was being cared for at home and it was important to myself and my mum that he was treated with dignity and respect, which is exactly what they did. The level of care they gave him was exceptional and my mum always looked forward to the carers coming as they always came with a smile and even a shoulder to cry on when she needed it. My mum was really struggling with my dad until Rest Assured took over. From the day that they did communication was clear, they always arrived on time, they listened and adapted to changes as they happened and nothing was too much. When my dad went into hospital with a Stoke and Pneumonia, Rest Assured really took the stress out of knowing that they would be there for when he came out. They were caring and supportive in a time that was really difficult. Since my dad has passed, my mum often says how much she misses seeing them all as they really did feel like part of the family. I cannot put into words properly just how much we appreciate the level of care they gave my dad. They are truly wonderful people and I would recommend them to anyone that needed care for their loved one. Anne marie ( Andrews Daughter)

Rest assured is a well-oiled machine that does everything it says on the tin. It's down to the management in my view. I need helping to shower dress and undress. There are restrictions in their training that prevent them doing some things but they excel at everything else..Lovely personalities, kindness and feeling safe in their hands are the overwhelming positivities. I was at school with a couple of the staff and nostalgia prevails. The company has won numerous good service awards and the quality care commission didn't ask me. I couldn't cope without them
