Jun 15 2019 I suffer from MS and need 24 hour care. My partner and carer developed a hernia and hence could not provide the ongoing care I need. I was very apprehensive, having never had anyone else look after me. However on meeting the Registered Manager, I was immediately reassured and impressed with the professional approach exhibited. A full and thorough assessment was made of my needs and situation and a variety of options offered to me. Subsequently Intercounty provided 24 hour care for a week and thereafter, as my partner recovered, reduced the care to daytime only. This they provided for a number of weeks. Every carer who supported me, without exception, was professional, courteous and friendly. They were always punctual and very respectful of the need for my partner and I to have our own space. Now that my partner has fully recovered, and reflecting on the support provided, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Intercounty. The support we received during a potentially very traumatic period for us was superb at every stage.

Dec 11 2018 Inter-County Nursing and Care Services based in Rustington give excellent service in all aspects of care and support given to my parents who live in East Preston .Due to not living locally I know that they are on the end of the phone if I have any issues or concerns regarding there well being.On several occasions they have gone above and beyond the call of duty.I know that my parents are in safe hands and get the best possible care provided.Thank you to all the team.

Aug 13 2019 The carers took over doing my grandfathers medications before we went on holiday. For the fost 3 days forgot to give him one of his morning and evening tablets. Safe guarding was raised. Specifically asked for only slightly older carers to make my grandmother comfortable and they send a young girl of 25 in and all she did was complain about her own life to my grandparents. We have 2 visits a day and on the evening visit which is for 45 minutes were unsure if the carers are actually doing there full amount of time as my father is there every other day before they should finish and he has only ever seen them twice. As someone who works in a care home not overly happy with this agency
