Good care means, to my family, quite simply peace of mind. At the initial viewing we were put at ease immediately, so understanding. All our concerns malted away. We were so pleased my relative made the move to Hailsham House, we know he is safe, comfortable, well cared for and his needs are entirely met. Staff obviously want to be there, family members are respected and staff are receptive to ideas. Always a calm environment and staff are engaged with residents. Peace of mind. Thank you. |

Having lived through at least 10 years supporting Mum with Dementia we have a experienced several care homes and now nursing care .
Mum has been at Hailsham House for a year now .... I am grateful for the care she has received and continues to receive as I know it is something we as a family would be unable to give her .
The dedication and genuine care 24 /7 is priceless
The time and compassion Vivienne has given ,which I dont think is part of her role has been very comforting at a time when we all feel so helpless as Mum fades away .....
The online access to daily care plans are an excellent way of keeping a link open as it is impossible to be with Mum as often as we would like .... more for emotional reasons than logistical. |

My grandad spent the last few weeks of his life at Hailsham House. The care he received was compassionate and appropriate for the final stages of his life. The home was always clean and staff approachable. As a nurse I wish to commend the Home on their support they have provided to my family and particularly the care my grandad received. Thank you so much. |
