Artemis Domiciliary Care provides care and support services to people living in their own home. Domiciliary services are available on a 24-hour basis throughout the year. The Manager is available during office hours between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday and care staff are available on a shift basis. An “on-call” system is in place to assist staff and service users out of normal working/office hours. The services provided by the agency include assistance with personal care, social support, help with meals and domestic tasks. Artemis Domiciliary Care operates throughout north Cumbria.

Dec 15 2017 Teams from this Care Company came to my wife during 2016. Unable to mobilise by herself and with a terminal brain tumour this was a distressing and difficult time. The carers from this outfit were exceptional and some of them were outstanding. Through their sympathetic attention to her needs they made my wife feel so much better. Nothing was too much trouble and the help and advice they provided was a real life saver for us. Their expertise was considerable. Over time a real bond formed between us and I shall always be grateful to them and feel fortunate that they were able to do so much for us both really. Given their pathetic pay and working conditions it makes it even more amazing. This is also a very well organised, responsive and efficient outfit. You can only feel thankful that at times when you face the worst time in your life that there are people like this to help and support you.
