May 4 2017 The carers go out of there way to give my mum the care she deserves - the peace of mind I have gotten from using this company is fantastic, knowing she is looked after properly with suitably trained carers is exactly what we needed as a family. Sadly I have had a bad experience with another care agency on the Wirral, one whom i won't name - thankfully we were able to go back to Professional Carers and I couldn't thank them enough for the help they have given us. I can finally sleep properly at night knowing my elderly mum is in safe hands! Thank You.

In that time I have seen her maintain her independence which has enabled her to remain at home. The care team who look after her are caring, skilled and give 110% compassion. They give my mum the respect and dignity she deserves and would not hesitate to recommend them. My mum at first was very dubious about cost especially as not all her care was fully funded. Now she says the Carers are worth every penny and they certainly do live up to their name of being 'professional'. Thanks again for everything you do!

Apr 17 2018 My mum has been having care from professional carers on the wirral , the service is outstanding . carers are so kind helpful & i cant praise the service enough , she has 3 visits a day & has a great relationship with the girls , she even manages alot of things now she couldnt before , her quality of life is so much better now & we are truly greatful to all the carers
