Aug 30 2013 Haven started caring for our father about 3 years ago. We had heard they had a good reputation and we can now bear testimony to that. Dad is a large man ,he cannot weight bear and has to be sling hoisted to enable him to move from bed to chair etc..2 carers came 4 times every day and until recently undertook all his social needs ensuring Dad's dignity was respected at all times.They were kind and efficient and it enabled him to stay at home while my sister , his main carer, was able to continue to work full time. As Dad's health and dementia deteriorated we made the decision recently to place him in full time care but this is no reflection on Haven . We would recommend them without hesitation.
