A friendly well run retirement village catering for the needs of the elderly. Very pleasant flats which residents furnish and personalise to their own taste, comprising of bedroom, kitchen, lounge and wet room all with ample storage. A bistro on site caters for full meals or light snacks at very reasonable prices for those who don't wish to or cannot cater for themselves.the menu is varied and changes on a four weekly cycle The place is bright and airy with a calming decorative theme. Staff are friendly and discreet tailoring care needs to each individual. A family member has recently moved in and has been made to feel very welcome by both residents and staff. Communal areas are spotless and fresh. Security on site is good promoting a calm secure environment. Hairdresser, chiropodist and other medical staff visit regularly and a doctors surgery is linked to the office or residents can continue with their own GP. Residents are reassured with a 24hour emergency on call system and staff are on site throughout the day and night. |
