Jul 9 2018 carers? There are only 2 good members of staff that really do care the rest are willing to do things that they really are not allowed to do, from leaving unpleasant stains on bedding for my dad to go back into at bed time to banging his broken leg on walls in a hoist they should not of been moving from room to room with him in it, giving him a toothbrush holder to drink out of..... the list goes on, there are the only 2 we felt did a careing and great job !

Jul 7 2018 Napier just took away my husband's care after 4 months the day prior to his discharge with pneumonia not bothering to inform me his wife I'm disgusted they say a long standing customer needs more care so my husband is dropped but strangely they are recruiting new patients . This practice is cold hearted and my husband is stuck in Preston hospital right now with no care package in place.
