Very impressed with the quality of care we received while on holiday. All the carers we had for my husband, who has muscular dystrophy, were caring, friendly and professional. The care manager was also very helpful. She waited for us to arrive despite our journey being very delayed. |

The team at Priory provided care for my mother over nearly ten years whilst she suffered from progressive physical and later mental illness. Starting with just an hour each day the level of care provision increased to eight or nine person-hours each day at the end. The team were exceptional. The small central office is easy to contact, flexible and efficient. The staff out in the field are well-trained, caring and effective. They were a real pleasure to deal with. Without them there is no way my mother could have remained in her own home and I am certain that they increased not only mum's quality of life, but also the length of her life. I have written to the Director of Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council to put similar feedback on record. |
