Aug 21 2019 A shocking company that says they care for people, how they treated my wife was shocking in more ways than one, ringing up at last minute saying we have no care tonight. So I would recommend that anyone who needs care steer well clear not even at times trying to get a repkacem.

Jun 19 2013 The carers who visited my elderly mother at home did not practice any cross infection controls when assisting her. They did not wash their hands before putting their gloves on. They did not change their gloves after cleaning my mother and proceeded to touch her clothing, her face and other objects on her bed with gloved hands which had been in contact with faeces. When questioned they said they had no knowledge of cross infection control and the spread of viruses and had only received two weeks in-house training before being sent out to work with vulnerable elderly people.
