Reach is a domiciliary care service. Care and support is provided to people in their own homes. As well as as a standard homecare service, Rutland County Council also provide an enablement service. The aim of this service is to work intensively with people for a short period of time to enable them to gain independence and remain in their own home for as long as possible.
