Northants care at Home

Northants care at home started caring for my wife on Boxing Day, and despite what must have been a hectic day for them they were on time (as was always the case). On arrival the two carers were courteous, smart,& efficient. Any doubts my wife and I had were soon dispelled as we were assured that nothing would be too much trouble or a problem for them,and this certainly proved to be. During the whole time my wife was looked after we had the same four carers which my wife found very reassuring and comforting. These carers were fully supported by their manager who always made sure we were happy with the standard of care being given. All the carers were trained and confident in the use and preparation of any equipment used to help in the care of my wife. My wife past away earlier this year(2014) after being cared for by this team for 15 months. I would like on behalf of my family and myself to thank them all for all the Care Compassion and friendship they gave and showed us all,and can do nothing else but fully recommend them in all aspects of their service and care.
