    Unprofessional uncaring and leave leaves clients in danger avoid not changing night bags not giving the right medication rude and abusive staff

    the Springfield care team which visits my elderly mother 4 times a day enables her to stay safely in her own home, confident that the carers will be punctual, pleasant and efficient. Thank you.
