Oct 7 2015 PThough the carers are lovely their seems to be a huge issu with the administration staff. We always have to check our bills are there are many erroneous entries. We have been charged for visits that never happened, for visits while the recipient was in hospital. The bill clearly states that yet we are still charged. We also have to check the appointment sheet as extra calls that were not requested were added. They seem to overstep their role by adding items that have not been requested by family, doctors, or Macmillan advisors.
