Sep 24 2015 Our family use this service for an elderly relative, there is a favourite Carer who does a really good job, others are more inclined to work to rule and don't always do more than cover the absolute minimum required; luckily these members of staff are in a minority. My main concern is that often the Carers are given extra calls in between their scheduled calls so often arrive late with no notification from their office. Having asked some of these Carers why this happens I discovered that they often get extra calls and then not enough time for travel between calls. Some 'service users' can become quite irate at this lack of information and take it out on the Carers when the fault lies with management. Perhaps whoever makes out the rotas should spend a few days doing rounds with the people who are the fee earners for the Company.
