Apr 29 2016 Waveney care gave huge support to to my Mother and made it possible for her to stay and extra seven months in her own home.They also gave lots of useful information during the early stages of Mothers dementia, she was very fond of all the carers and found it a great comfort to be able to speak with a cheerful and understanding person throughout the day. We could not have coped without your help. Mark

Apr 28 2014 I feel compelled to write of my experience with Waveney Care after reading the other review. They have cared for my grandfather for several months, during this time his needs have changed considerably. Waveney Care have reviewed and altered his care several times and have always put him at the centre of things. I cannot fault this company. Carers and calls are regular and reliable.

Apr 9 2014 Unfortunately after only a few weeks of Waveney Care 'caring' for my mother my opinion of them is could and must do better. My mother is visited by what seems quite a lot of different staff there seems to be little continuity of care in this respect. despite being asked to call my mother by her given name staff weeks later refer to her by pet names such as 'sweet' suggesting that they simply cant be bothered to consider my mother as an individual who had a life before dementia. On one occassion they have failed altogether to turn up which Waveney Care state is 'not there fault' but solely down to their employee who has been disciplined and is sorry.
