    They don't turn up morning calls till late double dose my mum missed calls means missed medication drop tablets on floor all the time complain when it comes to giving my mum shower manger lies saying carers on way to call could be waiting an hour carers talk an disrespect other clients they care for carers robbed my mums chain an money the is no care Ur concern about them need closing down

    Cant Thank the carers and management enough the help that my family received through out the duration of the care given was first class Would highly recommend to anyone in the West Lancashire area looking for care

    Firstly I must commend the excellent Management and Carers that this company provided to my Mum and Dad the service was first class nothing was too much trouble. The attitude and detail too care was top notch they came highly recommended and myself and my family would like to thank them all for the help and support they provide
