I was impressed by the management of this company, and the friendly and attentive care provided by his regular set of carers. Dad was equally satisfied. The company lived up to its name and it all helped to maintain Dad's dignity and independence. Staff would discuss any issues as they arose, eg health concerns, extra shopping needs and would go the extra mile eg foot washing, back massage and keeping the house clean and tidy. Carers listened to Dad and he enjoyed their company.

From the first introduction to Pleasant , I was very impressed. My husband needed end of life care, after leaving hospital and it was very well arranged in short notice, by the management. The carers came 4 times a day in two's. They were very efficient, reliable, kind, thoughtful and respectful towards his needs. He was always happy to see them and had a little laugh and joke with them. They instilled great confidence and respect. The contact and support we had with the management team was very good, They are a very professional and caring team and I would personally recommend them very highly.

Pleasant Home care provided care for my wife for a period of over 2 years .My wife and me were very pleased with the excellent care service she received. Due to my wife's Health condition, a very sensitive and gentle approach was very important and carers took utmost care whilst performing their duties to ensure the same. They were very kind and friendly, gentle, conscientious and sympathetic. My wife felt comfortable and at ease with them. They always visited her on time, every morning and were very reliable. The Manager obtained regular feedback from us regarding care received and monitored, care delivery. They ensured excellent care was delivered. All my wife's needs were met successfully and the standard of care was excellent and Hard to replace.
