Nurse finders is a poorly run agency, with (unprofessional) Management, I feel, who are impossible to deal with if any issues arise ... and the name itself is extremely misleading! I couldn’t locate a ‘Nurse’ while they provided ‘care’ for someone I really care about, within the agency! In my opinion, the Staff are completely untrained and unqualified, with no relevant experience of Disabilities. I’ve found them to be helpless, dangerously inexperienced, just in it for the money, and some have had bullying behaviour. Often, Staff wouldn’t be ‘available’ so that the person requiring care went without help. One lady spent a large part of her shift telling us about her own illness! Highly unprofessional agency, with high Staff turnover. They certainly are not able to provide even adequate care for People with Physical Impairment, People with Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health issues. I don’t even want to give them 1 star after all the stress we went through. Avoid. |

When my Mother was ill at home in Cornwall, Nursefinders staff provided her with so much care, love and support. It was also a real comfort to know that all the carers were fully trained in end of life care. As I lived miles away in London, the office updated me every day by phone and/or email to reassure me about Mum's condition, in between my visits.
When Mum passed away, they still kept in touch with me to ask how I was coping. I cannot praise Nursefinders enough, a thoroughly professional, caring company. |
