My Grandad came home from hospital in the beginning of 2020, West Cornwall Care have provided excellent care for him and have accommodated his needs very well. They have been a friendly face to both my Nan and Grandad when the lockdown came into effect in March 2020. The care agency staff are extremely helpful, kind, caring, compassionate and professional in all they do for our family. I would highly recommend West Cornwall Care to anyone in need of home care.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the wonderful team at Caresta Care. My mum and dad have lived in the same house since 1976 and after dad passed away mum managed very well but as the years have gone on she has found it increasingly difficult to keep up with the management of the house and shopping, she was easily confused and as a family, we were a little concerned about her safety. So, we slowly introduced the concept of mum having a little helping hand around the home, initially, she was a little worried thinking that they were going to take over, but I can honestly say that mum is thriving with the extra help and especially the company. She frequently says how reassured she feels that she sees someone every day.As a family, we are extremely pleased with the respectful care and attention mum is getting.Mum is happy, the family can spend quality time with mum ... its a win-win all round!

Just want to say a massive thank you from my family for all that you do in caring for my mum. You go above and beyond in the care you give. We appreciate all that you've done to make this transition as easy as possible for us as a family and all the advice you've given has been amazing!! Unfortunately I can't name the individuals but you're all amazing!! Thank you so much!!
