I spent quite a while in your care and must say from the first minute on arrival to my departure yesterday the service was exemplary. The cuisine was beyond reproach. The care was amazing. Could you please thank all staff for their assistance and even more for the banter and humour exchanged at all times. I can't emphasise enough the support I was given. Thank you. Jim. My mum stayed at Oakmeadow for seven weeks after a severe fall. She was underweight when she arrived and came out eight pounds heavier. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much for them. They had incredible patience and even though they were busy took time to get to know her. Every aspect of her care was impeccable including calling doctors to her when needed. The rooms were modern and spacious and the television was free.
The chef cooked a variety of nutritious meals with my mum loved( she has always been very picky)and had nothing but praise for the food here. Staff went the extra mile always including tea during the early hours of the night if they were awake.
Thanks to everyone involved at Oakmeadow for helping during this time |
