Heather Yapp (Manager) says: "Our resident interest groups are thriving. In particular we are helping our residents to better access communications, with IT literacy groups supporting access to internet, email and Skype. We have a comprehensive activities programme which includes the wider community and good relationships with local societies, schools, colleges and shops - including ExtraCares Evesham Charity Shop."

Kath Cole has lived at Yates Court since 2008. She says: "I like living here; its a lovely place."

When Jess Fairs, 87, moved into Yates Court in Evesham, she didnt expect to fall in love again. But she has, with 92 year old Harry Kent. And it all happened thanks to the formation of a new Residents Association. Jess became secretary and Harry the chairman, and their love blossomed as they got to know each other.
