Apr 23 2022 My father (in his late eighties) was coming towards the end of life in January 2022. Securing CareTrust Home Cares services enabled us to bring dad out of hospital (where he couldnt receive visitors because of COVID) and back home. The carer helped my dad get up and dressed each day and helped him take his medication. As well as doing all of this very professionally, the carer displayed great care and respect for my dad. She was chatty with him and he looked forward to seeing her each day. It took a huge amount of stress off my mum who was struggling to cope with my dads increasing needs, and was a great relief to the wider family that dad was in good care. CareTrust Home Care were able to advise us on what equipment we needed, how to engage with district nurses and so forth. Their help meant that my dad was able to live the final six weeks of his life at home with his family able to visit him and feeling that he was receiving the best care possible. We would thoroughly recommend CareTrust Home Care.
