Nov 12 2014 I was completely lost with the different types of care, funding and services that my daughter could access and gain her own independence and make her own choices. Not only did they give me a Advice on their services but also pointed me towards local services that would benefit her needs. My daughter is not labelled and cared for because she has a learning disability . She is simply my daughter who needs support sometimes . I would of never imagined her making her own decisions and choices so independently. I can't say I agree with all of those decisions and choices but they are her decisions and choices and I am very proud of her for living the life she wants not the life that others want.
