Jun 20 2015 I would not recommend this care agency at all for dementia or any memory loss for anyone as you will never know what care they are giving any complaints are not taken seriously one occasion I experienced was that written in notes name ( xxxx) OK on arrival tea and sandwich given and cake commode emptied this all sounds like good care but no one was home ! How many times have they come into house without even acknowledging the person who's home they have entered this left the patient feeling afraid in their home not acceptable for any one with dementia another example one sitting in coat claimed to have been there one hour no dinner given only found out as I turned up and found her sitting in coat at 2 pm letters no reply received
