Feb 27 2017 I appreciate that my parents had multiple medical issues but the management never listened to what the specialist medics requested. Mum didn't get her medication on time and despite GP/Specialist nurse involvement the problem was never resolved - resulting in 2 safeguarding concerns being raised - still nothing. Some of the carers did their best but they complained that their supervisor did not give them any support. We now have a different care agency and are now experiencing professionalism and care at a much higher level. I do not live locally and whilst my parents were receiving "Universal Care" I felt extremely anxious and worried. Fortunately the new care agency has put my mind at rest. .
